Description from the seller

I propose this large model of enameled cast iron casserole with a beautiful beige gradient and a satin finish, typical of the 1970s/1980s.
Large format model, with an elegant and timeless aesthetic, equally remarkable in the kitchen as a serving dish at the table.
Brand: Le Creuset

Dimensions :
Handle to handle length: 36.5 cm
Tank diameter: 28.7 cm.
Height with lid: 17.5 cm
Height without lid: 12.5 cm
Weight (without packaging): 6 kg

State:
State of exception considering its age.
Only four chips on the edge of the lid (see photos) should be noted.
These defects are aesthetic and do not affect either the use or the cooking performance.
Ideal for stews, roasts, potjies, gratins, and large family dishes.

Le Creuset: a century-old expertise
Founded in 1925 in Fresnoy-le-Grand (France), Le Creuset celebrates its centenary as a global reference for enameled cast iron.
From its beginnings, the brand established itself through a commitment to quality, a unique industrial mastery, and a keen sense of design.

Today, present worldwide, Le Creuset has become an international icon, both in domestic and professional kitchens.
The benefits of enameled cast iron

The enameled source offers slow and even heat distribution, ideal for long, simmered cooking that fully develops flavors.
It retains heat durably, allowing hot dishes to be kept warm at the table.
Enamel protects the cast iron, prevents any reaction with food, and makes maintenance easier.

Thanks to its careful design, the cocotte can be used directly as a serving dish, combining elegance and thermal performance.
Robust and durable, enameled cast iron is designed to last through generations.

Protective and careful shipment
Kind regards
