The benefits of enameled cast iron
The enameled source ensures even and gradual heat distribution, ideal for slow and simmered cooking.
It allows preserving flavors, achieving consistent cooking, and keeping dishes hot for a long time.
Enamel protects the cast iron, prevents any reaction with food, and makes maintenance easier.
Thanks to its careful design, the casserole can be used directly as a serving dish at the table, combining elegance and thermal performance.

Kind regards
