Table lamp - Gilt brass, Teak

Table lamp Temde Leuchten from the 1950s–60s, in very good overall condition, pale pink plastic “scoubidou” shade in good condition, base and body in solid teak with superb grain, stem in coppery brass curved at 90°, brown felt under the base, black vintage push-button switch on the base, rewired with hot, neutral and earth. It works perfectly.
Manufactured in Germany or Switzerland in the late 1950s to early 1960s by the famous Temde Leuchten, founded by Fritz Müller in 1911.
Please note a small, very clean repair on the base visible in the photos, which does not affect the stability or sturdiness of the lamp.
