Description from the seller

Italian corner cabinet made in the early 19th century with the reuse of older woods.

The door is an authentic Louis XIV element, complete with a functioning lock and key; the carvings, finely executed, are well preserved and free of any missing pieces. The back is built with eighteenth-century boards, recognizable by the type of nails, but assembled in the early nineteenth century.
The furniture preserves a deep dark walnut patina, which enhances its character and authenticity. The hinges are functioning. The usual signs of wear are visible and documented in the photographs.

Its compact size makes it ideal for modern settings or tight spaces as well, where it can become an elegant contrasting element.

Seller's Story

I have always been passionate about our past, knowing it is the only thing that does not cease the connection between what is and what was. When I reached the right age I understood that my passion had to coincide with my work and so I opened a business. The key principles are quality and love towards the customer. Francesco Secondo
