Description from the seller

The fireplace clock shown in the picture is an antique specimen by the brand Junghans, probably produced in the early 20th century (around 1912-1940). Clocks from this company from that period often feature a mechanism that plays the Westminster Chimes melody (Westminster chimes).
Features of the watch
Brand: Junghans (a German manufacturer, with the logo often placed on the movement rather than always on the dial).
Type: Fireplace clock (or cabinet/shelf clock) with a wooden casing, often mahogany, oak, or walnut.
Mechanism: Probably an 8-day one, wound with a key, with three holes on the dial for winding the movement and chimes.
Additional features
"CHIME SILENT" (Kurant/Silence): The lever or knob allows you to turn the chime and melody on or off.
"SLOW FAST" (Slow/Fast): A knob for micro-adjustment of the clock's accuracy, speeding up or delaying the mechanism without moving the pendulum.
