Description from the seller

A beautiful Zeeland cabinet, characterized by its low, wide proportions.

This cabinet is 150 cm high and just as wide.
Zeeland cabinets reflect the wealth of the Zeelanders at this time, the 17th century.
We also see a lot of ebony, a precious wood.
A beautiful balance between light oak and black ebony.
The Renaissance style also exudes balance and harmony.
That heavy hood with its deep carving is characteristic of the style.
The comma-shaped figures are called "groans" and are directly derived from the Italian Renaissance.

Beautiful interior with original shelves.
