Pair of Empire-Style Marble-Top Bedside tables / Nightstands

A fine matching pair of Empire-style bedside tables, crafted in warm figured wood and topped with white marble slabs. Each cabinet features a single frieze drawer with decorative gilt-metal mounts, an open shelf below, and two lower drawers fitted with brass ring pulls. The fronts are flanked by turned and parcel-gilt column supports, raised on bun feet, giving the pair an elegant and balanced architectural presence.

The marble tops sit perfectly on top of the molded edges, offering both durability and classical refinement. The interiors of the drawers show traditional construction, consistent with quality workmanship.

Condition:
Good overall condition with expected signs of age and use, including minor wear, surface marks, and patina to the wood and metal fittings. Marble tops with light wear typical of age, with some marks/scratches. Heavily structurally sound and attractive.
One ring pull on the last drawer of all two nightstands was missing due to use, but the drawer is still in function.
