AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

The Ica Reflex camera was sold from 1909 as the Ica "Tudor" Reflex Camera, by the Ica A.G. camera company of Dresden,

It is a single-lens reflex camera, with a very large viewfinder cone. The purpose of this cone is to focus on the ground glass without being hindered by stray light and without having to lean too much. Focusing is achieved by moving the front panel with a bellows. Two lateral rack-and-pinion rails ensure its movement.

Plate size = 9x12cm
The lens is an Ica Orix anastigmat 4.5/165mm and looks clear.

The shutter is working, but there are different slit sizes and it has not been tested with all settings. The curtain shutter is wrinkled; cocking the shutter is done with a knob on the top right side. The settings for this curtain are all on the right side of the camera, but there is no guarantee of proper operation. There is also the focusing knob and the shutter release lever on the right side. The bellows must be extended for the shutter to operate.

Measurements: 17x16x18cm when closed. Height with hood up: 40cm.
Weight approx: 2500 grams.

The large viewing hood is in good condition for its age, with some damage where the fold is on both sides (see pictures). The bellows look good and light-tight.

Comes with an Ica filmpack holder and 2 plate holders .9
