Tile (2) - 1600-1650 - Antiques in faience

A set of two antique glazed earthenware tiles, decorated in cobalt blue on a white background, typical of the Dutch Delft tradition.
Tile 1: figurative decor depicting a standing male figure, dressed in old-fashioned attire, holding a circular object (probably a racket or a game accessory), framed by stylized floral motifs in the corners.
• Tile 2: landscape setting with a lake or river scene including structures (houses, mill or buildings), trees and a boat, in a characteristic naive style.

Condition: old fragment, chips and wear visible, as expected for its age.
