Makinon 300mm f/4 telephoto lens for Olympus OM mount, dating from 1970–1980, in very good physical condition and tested and working, including front and rear caps.
Description from the seller
For sale: Makinon telephoto lens f=300mm (35mm format) with original Makinon front cap, ideal for those seeking a long vintage telephoto for analogue photography or for use on digital via adapter. The lens features a black finish and the classic diamond knurling on the focus ring, comfortable to use even with gloves and suitable for precise control. On the barrel you can see the focal length indication 300mm and the serial number, with clearly legible markings. The distance scale and depth-of-field scale are shown on the lower part with colored references, typical of manual-era lenses. The diaphragm ring is present and shows values up to f/22, making the lens versatile for both wide-open shots and photographs with greater depth of field. From the rear photo you can notice the mount with mechanical lever and the presence of the rear cap, useful to protect the bayonet and the rear lens during transport and storage. Overall the lens appears in good cosmetic condition, with normal signs of use compatible with its age and no evident dents. Ideal for nature, sports, and distant detail photography, it can be a great addition to an analogue kit or an “old school” telephoto for mirrorless with an adapter, to achieve a vintage look and distinctive rendering. Included: Makinon 300mm lens and Makinon front cap, as per photo
