Weimar Republic issue minted in silver, with a sober and robust design typical of the monetary stabilization period following hyperinflation. The obverse features the value DREI MARK and the date 1924, surrounded by the legend DEUTSCHES REICH, with a well-defined dotted border. The reverse shows a stylized German eagle, with outstretched wings, without a crown or dynastic shields, symbolizing the new republican state. The coin retains an attractive silver color with a light uniform patina, good reliefs in the feathers and legends, and a very balanced presence, making it a representative and sought-after piece within the Weimar mark series.
