Set of 32 original Art Deco carpet rod brackets, dating from the 1920s, made of solid copper with original gold plating.

These decorative architectural elements were traditionally used to secure carpet rods on staircases and corridors in high-end interiors. The design features stylised classical leaf motifs and rosette details, characteristic of early 20th-century Art Deco and late Beaux-Arts influences.

The brackets are substantial and heavy, clearly made for permanent architectural installation rather than decorative imitation. The original gilded finish is still visible, with natural wear and patina consistent with age and historical use.
