Christopher Shaw (1989) is an English multidisciplinary visual artist from the North of England. Deeply rooted in Africa, having traveled the world and spent some time living in Canada, he was immersed in the street-art scene where his creative journey began. After building a solid reputation in the Canadian graffiti scene, he then set off on travels around the world and painted in several countries. Upon returning to England, he was admitted to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art at Leeds College of Art, the most prestigious art college in the North of England, where his practice took many twists. He let the inspirations of his earlier experiences flow through his mind, body and veins, thereby creating a unique contemporary expression. By now he has exhibited nationally and worldwide and has numerous artworks in respected collections across the globe.
