15th-century manuscript page on parchment, written on the recto in notarial Gothic cursive script. Old archival folds, signs of handling, light stains but no major gaps.

Length: 29 cm, width: 22.5 cm.

A note probably written in the 20th century accompanying the manuscript provides a brief description of the document:
Act concerning the sale of the lordship of Mesnil-Jourdain executed by the late Jean Nolent, esquire, Lord of Limbeuf, and Marguerite de la Heruppe, his wife, sister of Pierre de la Heruppe, lord of Mesnil-Jourdain, and Guillaume de la Champagne, lord of Apolly. Evreux, March 1442, no. st.
