Commemorative coin of the 25th wedding anniversary of the Danish monarchs Frederick IX and Ingrid of Sweden. On the obverse are the facing portraits of both spouses. The reverse shows the crowned royal monogram between dates and laurel branches. These pieces were minted at the Copenhagen Mint with the engraver Christian Sørensen’s mark “CS,” and they are among Denmark’s most representative modern commemorative issues.
