Ottone and iron Comtoise wall clock with a skeleton mechanism, a mechanical movement with an 8‑day power reserve, dating to circa 1850–1900, made in Jura, France; dimensions 25 × 15 cm and 38 cm high, weight 5.2 kg, striking on half‑hour and every hour with a bell, in working order and supplied without pendulum, weights or winding key.

Beautiful 'COMTOISE' clock, skeleton design, with zone activation. Brass/iron.
Watch dating back to around 1880, with normal signs of aging.
Original carved hands.
Percussions with a hammer on a bubble, half an hour and then every hour with repetition.
Recently cleaned and overhauled by an expert watchmaker, who has brought it back to its former splendor.
Can be considered in excellent condition, therefore operational.
New rigging, replaced at the time of the restoration.
Authentic, including hand-molded brass hands.
Movement with perfect escapement. Excellent percussion.
It is well-timed.
The clock is supplied without a pendulum, weights, and winding key, which in the photo are only demonstrative.
Restoring this rare Comtoise clock required time and money. In this regard, I prefer to carry out a secure and protected shipment!

Weighs a total of 5,200 kg.
