Description from the seller
A black-and-white photo of a belt in a pair of denim jeans, photographed in the digital era, but as much as possible aiming for the approach of an analog pushed Tri-X. (for the connoisseurs.. that was a 400 ISO black-and-white film from Kodak, whose sensitivity you could "push" to 1600 or 3200 ISO, with all the consequences; dense shadows, coarser grain, etc)
This photo was part of an exhibition of my work; it has been removed from the list to make shipping easier.
On the back, the paper shows that the photo has been framed; this has no effect on the quality of the photo.
On the front, at the bottom left, there is a slight damage (see photo)
The photo was printed on Hahnemühle Fine Art Baryta paper with an Epson P800 using Ultra Chrome HD ink.
The paper is A2 size; the photo is 40x50 cm.
This is the only copy, therefore a unique photo, signed on the back.
An authenticity certificate is attached.
I am the photographer of this photo myself, Willem VanderStelt (NL, 1960), a photographer of people in the broadest sense of the word, from portraits, nude art, fashion, weddings, social media portraits, fashion magazines, etc. (see also other submissions here on Catawiki, or check my website)
