Up for auction is a Nikon 1 J1 in its iconic pink finish. As one of the pioneers of the mirrorless era, this camera is highly regarded for its minimalist design and surprisingly high image quality. This specific unit features an English menu, making it perfectly suitable for international collectors and photographers.
[Condition Analysis & Hypotheses] As a professional seller, I have evaluated this item based on multiple perspectives to ensure transparency:
LCD Panel: There is a horizontal line of dead pixels at the very top of the rear LCD (please refer to the photos).
Hypothesis 1 (Usability): Since the line is at the extreme edge, it does not obstruct the main framing or menu navigation.
Hypothesis 2 (Image Quality): This is purely a display defect. I have verified that the CMOS sensor is healthy, and this defect does NOT affect the captured images or video data.
Aesthetics: The pink finish retains its original luster with minimal signs of use.
Optics: The sensor is clean. In my assessment, there are no scratches or dust particles that would impact photography.
