2003 Jaguar XJ 3.5 V8 automatic.
Description from the seller
Beautiful Jaguar XJ 3.5-liter with a V8 engine and automatic transmission, in very nice condition. Really a sight to behold, and it runs as a Jaguar should—very comfortable and, when needed, also very fast, with its 190 kW (=258 hp).
Documents
This Jaguar is a 2003 model, and it came to the Netherlands from Italy in 2014. It is now deregistered in the Netherlands. The car can be delivered free of charge with EU export documents, so a potential foreign new owner can easily register the car in their country. For Dutch buyers: just visit the RDW for an APK and to reapply for the registration plate. The APK was valid until March 30, 2025. There are various documents and manuals with the car.
Bodywork
This XJ has a beautiful deep black metallic color. It has hardly any signs of wear, of course after 23 years, and overall it’s a very neat car. The underside is just as neat, really a tidy car. The wheels have hardly any damage. See also the photos.
Technical
The Jaguar runs nicely, and since there aren’t any very recent maintenance invoices attached to it, a service would be advisable, just like for any used car. It steers like a dream, a pleasure to drive, and the gear changing is very smooth as it should be.
Interior
The interior is exceptionally clean, with hardly any signs of wear. The seat upholstery is very nice, the door panels are very attractive, as is the floor covering. The headliner, which often starts to sag after years, is truly neat on this Jaguar and firmly in place. Naturally the radio code is present.
Transport:
The car is located in Hengevelde, Netherlands, and can of course be picked up here. The car can be delivered within the Netherlands at an additional cost of 150 euros (excluding the Wadden Islands).
The seller can have the car delivered relatively inexpensively across the entire EU by a professional carrier.

Catawiki always aims to offer you the best possible buying experience. Our experts virtually review and select every vehicle in line with our submission guidelines and we require our sellers to provide the most accurate description of the vehicle. However, providing a fully detailed analysis of the vehicle is extremely difficult, and close to impossible. To guide you, we ask our sellers to provide information about the vehicle’s condition. Please consider that most vehicles for sale are classic vehicles and they often already have a whole life behind them, meaning that even a condition 1 or 2 vehicle might need maintenance to be ready for the road. It is advised to carefully read our submission guidelines that further describe details about the condition grades and types to manage your expectations. Cars are sold “as is”, meaning as described and in the condition they are in at the time of the sale and without any representation, warranty or assumption of liability of any kind as to the condition by Catawiki or by the seller. The condition of this item is the opinion of the seller and may differ from yours, your local garage, or the dealer’s opinion. This does not automatically mean the car does not conform to its description. Before bidding, please check your local legislation regarding vehicle registration. Neither the seller nor Catawiki is responsible for the registration of the vehicle in your country and will not accept a cancellation for your failure to register the vehicle. We also recommend that, if possible, you arrange a viewing with the seller before placing a bid.
