Elegant vintage valet stand (dressboy), dating from the 1950s–1960s. This type of furniture was designed to neatly hang and lay out clothing, typical for bedrooms or dressing rooms in mid-20th-century interiors.
The design is executed in solid beech wood with a warm patina, combined with metal details. At the top, there is an integrated clothes hanger for jackets, shirts, or blazers. The extra rod and shelf are suitable for trousers or accessories. Thanks to its slim, vertical design, the furniture appears light and elegant, while remaining stable.
Condition
Good vintage condition, with normal signs of use and age appropriate for its age. The structure is sturdy and stable. Beautiful patina on the wood (see photos).
