AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Overview/Conditions
Citroen AZ KB 435cc from 1978, registered on 08.03.1978, with a 2-aya engine type (435cc). Restored approximately 20 years ago, with a complete engine overhaul and replacement of the chassis, which retains its original number.
The painting was carried out by a professional, and the car was completely disassembled. During this phase, it was positioned on a jig. There are some minor scratches that you can notice in the photos. The rubber seals have been replaced. The lights are the original ones, both front and rear. Some of the chrome parts have been replaced, while others have been retained. The tires are dated but in good condition, with some cracks present. They are Michelin X 125x15 mounted as originally installed. The suspensions are original.

The car has always been maintained by me (oil changes, brakes, transmission oil), and it has been stationary for about 5 years. It had no issues when it was parked in the garage. The only things to do will be an oil change and brake check with possible bleeding.

The interiors are original; a side lining in gray carpet has never been installed. The hood has been replaced. The electrical parts work well; they are original. The 12V regulator has been replaced with an electronic one. The radio is not present. The windshield wiper blades need replacing. Included is another rear hood for those who want to install a roof rack but keep the original without drilling. The registration is visible in the photos, with the first registration dated 08/03/1978. I am providing the workshop manual.

Regarding registration in another state, a certificate required for registration will be issued, and a notarial search will be necessary (at my expense).
The inspection expired on 16.06.2025, but it is possible to carry it out in anticipation of the car sale (at the buyer's expense and after agreements).

Documentation
Enclosed with Sanmarinese documents.

Visible in the Republic of San Marino.

Catawiki always aims to offer you the best possible buying experience. Our experts virtually review and select every vehicle in line with our submission guidelines and we require our sellers to provide the most accurate description of the vehicle. However, providing a fully detailed analysis of the vehicle is extremely difficult, and close to impossible. To guide you, we ask our sellers to provide information about the vehicle’s condition. Please consider that most vehicles for sale are classic vehicles and they often already have a whole life behind them, meaning that even a condition 1 or 2 vehicle might need maintenance to be ready for the road. It is advised to carefully read our submission guidelines that further describe details about the condition grades and types to manage your expectations. Cars are sold “as is”, meaning as described and in the condition they are in at the time of the sale and without any representation, warranty or assumption of liability of any kind as to the condition by Catawiki or by the seller. The condition of this item is the opinion of the seller and may differ from yours, your local garage, or the dealer’s opinion. This does not automatically mean the car does not conform to its description. Before bidding, please check your local legislation regarding vehicle registration. Neither the seller nor Catawiki is responsible for the registration of the vehicle in your country and will not accept a cancellation for your failure to register the vehicle. We also recommend that, if possible, you arrange a viewing with the seller before placing a bid.
