Very fine and stylish Chinese porcelain table lamp, made from high-quality blue-and-white glazed porcelain and decorated with a traditional prunus (plum blossom) motif on a deep cobalt-blue background.
This classic decoration symbolizes prosperity, strength, and elegance in Chinese culture and is among the most beloved motifs in Asian porcelain.
The lamp is based on a traditional vase shape and was later skillfully converted into a decorative table lamp for the European market. The result is a timeless and atmospheric object that effortlessly fits into both a classic and a modern interior.
