Description from the seller
172 images, 30 cm x 23.5 cm, 208 pages
artist's comments:
The images from the series “NUDE” were taken during my countless travels between 2012 and 2018, but also partly in Paris, the city where I currently live. Often planned in advance, inspired by the places, colors, situations and mood, they are sometimes also the result of spontaneity, coincidences and encounters with people, as well as an irrepressible need to create something that matches my vision.
Neither spectacle nor provocation has ever been a priority. On the contrary, I have always sought a certain serenity in my images, an harmony between the models and the places where I photographed them. I consider my images as situations in which I invite the public to give free rein to their own thoughts and stories, to participate in them, without compromising the integrity of the models.
My images are in no way intended to be perceived as an aesthetic or beauty standard, nor to have any militant purpose. They are simply the photographic representation of my current vision — a vision in which I grant the models as much freedom as necessary, and in which the woman is at the center, respected.
