Description from the seller

Elegant French game box from the Napoleonic III period, dating from the second half of the 19th century, circa 1860.

It is made of mahogany wood, adorned with inlays and brass fillets forming a frame and a central monogrammed cartouche on the lid.

The interior is compartmentalized and designed for storing tokens or gaming accessories, preserving its original layout.

Beautiful bourgeois manufacture under Napoleon III.

The box is in good condition; we just need to reattach a brass strip that's coming loose.
