Peugeot memory game issued to mark the 200th anniversary.

Peugeot celebrates a rich history of more than 200 years, beginning in 1810 as a family business in the steel industry. The brand evolved from making saws and tools to bicycles and eventually, in 1889, the first car (Type 1). The 200-year anniversary in 2010 marked the long-standing experience in innovation and mobility.

The Peugeot brothers began making tools, including coffee mills and springs for corsets. The transition to transportation began with bicycles in 1885.
Armand Peugeot unveiled the first steam-powered three-wheeler in 1889, followed by gasoline-powered cars in 1891. Since 1898, Peugeot has been producing motorcycles.

In 2010 the brand celebrated this bicentennial anniversary, which underscored the focus on tradition and ongoing technological development.
