Description from the seller
A Marantz Model 115 FM/AM stereo tuner is offered, a classic and high-quality model from the early seventies, designed in the USA and manufactured in Japan. This tuner is known for its excellent FM reception, stable tuning, and the distinctive warm Marantz sound.
The device is fully functional technically. FM and AM work correctly, the Gyro-Touch tuning operates smoothly and accurately, the signal and tuning meters function as intended, and the scale lighting is bright and even. The Hi-Blend and Mono functions are present and work correctly, which offers a clear advantage, especially with weaker FM signals.
The tuner is in very nice vintage condition. The aluminium front is clean and sleek, with only minimal signs of use consistent with its age. The wooden casing is neat and undamaged, giving the whole unit a well-maintained and original appearance. See the photos for a realistic impression.
At the rear, the 115 has a fixed power cord, FM and AM antenna connections, stereo audio outputs, and a chassis ground. This model fits perfectly with classic Marantz amplifiers from the same period and is suitable for both daily use and a serious vintage setup.
The device is carefully and professionally packaged for shipping, with attention to protecting the front, buttons, and housing.
