Mir-1. 37 mm f/ 2.8 is an interchangeable wide-angle fast lens. Equipped with an iris diaphragm with a device for its pre-installation. Coated optics. Received the Grand Prix at the World Exhibition in Brussels (Expo 58) in 1958. In 1959, the lens was awarded a 2nd degree Diploma from the USSR Exhibition of Economic Achievements. The optical design of the Mir-1 37 mm f/ 2.8 was designed by D. S. Volosov in 1954 for glass formulations available in the USSR based on the Carl Zeiss Jena Flektogon 35 mm f/ 2.8 lens, produced after World War II by the Carl Zeiss plant in Jena. It has a diverging meniscus as the first lens, which significantly reduces vignetting when shooting at an open aperture. Made in USSR
