An extraordinary pair of original late-19th-century wall sconces, crafted in finely worked metal and silver-plated, an authentic expression of Rococo Revival / Victorian taste, a symbol of elegance and refinement of the era.

These wall sconces immediately captivate with their decorative richness and harmony of proportions: the backplate is magnificently sculpted with volutes, leaves and floral motifs, while the elegantly curved arms recall the candle-style designs typical of the stately interiors of the late 19th century.
Objects designed not only as sources of light, but as genuine statement pieces of interior décor.

The ensemble is enhanced by a cascade of original, very high quality frosted crystals, with large faceted drops and prismatic pendants, capable of refracting light and creating evocative luminous reflections on the walls, for a striking scenographic effect.

The wall sconces are in excellent condition for their age.

The silver plating is well preserved, with very rare and slight losses localized at marginal points, where the underlying metal (probably brass) barely shows through, visible only upon very close inspection and perfectly consistent with its age.
