A rare and highly desirable Italian racing bicycle built by Ugo De Rosa during the peak year of his collaboration with Eddy Merckx and the Molteni professional team.

Finished in the original Molteni team colour scheme with correct period decals, this bicycle represents an authentic example of a De Rosa Molteni racing machine from the 1973 season, one of the most successful years in professional cycling history.

The frame and fork display the distinctive craftsmanship for which De Rosa is renowned, including the characteristic fork crown and original De Rosa pantographing. The bicycle is equipped with a complete Campagnolo Nuovo Record groupset (Pat. 73), the highest technical level available at the time.
