Achille Perilli (Rome, 1927-Orvieto, 2022), La rossa Armida, mixed media on canvas 100x81 cm (112x93 including the frame), signature and date at the bottom left, signature, year, title on the back. Handcrafted wooden frame painted by hand. Literature: Achille Perilli, Catalogue raisonné of the paintings and sculptures 2007-2016, G.Appella, Silvana Editoriale, 2019 (published on page 467 with description "Collezione Galleria d'Arte Piero Della Francesca, Arezzo). Provenance: Studio of Master Achille Perilli, Orvieto (acquired there in 2008 and never left our gallery).
Conditions excellent, no damage, no restorations, magnificent work of superior quality, direct provenance from the author's studio, very large format (formats over a meter were given only to the most important galleries), never framed.
The painting has been photographed with various types of lighting (natural, flash), to show the splendid chromatic variations.
