One-off edition
Theo Lopez began his artistic journey with a pivotal encounter in 2008 at the 9ème Concept artist collective, shaping his evolution. His travels to Russia, Israel, and the USA expanded his perspective. At 24, he held his first solo exhibition in 2013, followed by ten more in Paris, Geneva, and Hong Kong.
Now 35, Theo shares his unique vision. Initially inspired by tribal themes, he has shifted towards abstraction. His early works featured intricate patterns, while his current research aims to distill the essence of his line. His creative process involves spontaneous gestures, transforming random curves into structured geometric shapes.
Approaching painting like a sculptor, he embraces randomness and serendipity, resulting in a rich, hybrid poetry where colors and lines resonate.
