"Chantal" - oil painting on canvas, 60x50 cm, executed "with a spatula", the technique that highlights the thickness and the texture of oil paint. The painting is original (not a print), signed by hand on the front and on the back, without a frame, painted on the edges, covered with a glossy protective varnish. The certificate of authenticity is attached.
Lidia Tchoumakova was born in Berlin to Russian parents. She lived and studied in Moscow, where she earned a degree in foreign languages.
Drawn to beauty and Italian art, she moved to Milan, where she began her artistic path. In the studio of painter Adriano Fossà, she refined drawing and oil painting; with painter Luigi Zucchero, she practiced watercolor techniques.
She has participated in numerous collective exhibitions and has held solo exhibitions in Milan, Gallarate, Somma Lombardo, Novara, Robbio. Her works are in private collections in Italy, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Spain, Hungary, the United States, and other countries.
