AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

1967 Jaguar Mk2.

Beautiful unit of these precious classic GT saloons.

A full 1967 MkII, among the last produced. Therefore with the improvements of the latest units of this Mk2 series.

3.8-litre engine and manual transmission. The largest engine installed in the Mk2, and on top with a manual gearbox, which makes it much more exclusive. And also more enjoyable to use. The exclusivity and power of the 220 hp engine provide an unmatched driving sensation, combined with a floor-mounted manual gearbox, original.

The paint is a very exclusive light green-yellow tone. Very few units were made in this color from the factory. The condition is very good overall, with good shine and high-quality finishes. It shows some typical signs of use and age in the door frames, a few light paint marks. It has no rust. It is preserved in superb condition and has undergone underside cleaning and maintenance. The dry Spanish climate, plus always being kept in a garage, aids this exceptional condition.

Unit in perfect running order. Mechanically it has received all maintenance, including oil change just about 500 km ago. Conserved exceptionally and with nothing to do. The gearbox works very well and is precise.

Internally it is spectacular. The leather in burgundy is exceptional. Perfectly cared for and maintained, it has benefited from a full restoration. The woods are in exceptional condition, likewise renewed. All the dashboard clocks work very well. It has a new audio system installed. The headliner upholstery is also in perfect condition. Some rubber trim around the door frames may be renewed.

The wheels are wire-spoked and the tires are in good condition.

Exceptionally cared for and maintained. Impressive interior condition. Even the smell is authentic. British charm all over the car!!

Spanish historic-vehicle registration up to date. It needs nothing more and will never need to pass the ITV again.

Catawiki always aims to offer you the best possible buying experience. Our experts virtually review and select every vehicle in line with our submission guidelines and we require our sellers to provide the most accurate description of the vehicle. However, providing a fully detailed analysis of the vehicle is extremely difficult, and close to impossible. To guide you, we ask our sellers to provide information about the vehicle’s condition. Please consider that most vehicles for sale are classic vehicles and they often already have a whole life behind them, meaning that even a condition 1 or 2 vehicle might need maintenance to be ready for the road. It is advised to carefully read our submission guidelines that further describe details about the condition grades and types to manage your expectations. Cars are sold “as is”, meaning as described and in the condition they are in at the time of the sale and without any representation, warranty or assumption of liability of any kind as to the condition by Catawiki or by the seller. The condition of this item is the opinion of the seller and may differ from yours, your local garage, or the dealer’s opinion. This does not automatically mean the car does not conform to its description. Before bidding, please check your local legislation regarding vehicle registration. Neither the seller nor Catawiki is responsible for the registration of the vehicle in your country and will not accept a cancellation for your failure to register the vehicle. We also recommend that, if possible, you arrange a viewing with the seller before placing a bid.
