Artur Sudak presents When Time Loses Meaning, an oil on canvas original surrealist painting, 50 × 70 cm, signed by the artist, created in 2026 in Poland, depicting a winter scene.
Description from the seller
Unique oil painting measuring 50x70 cm, a deep metaphor for the passing of time and the fragility of human planning. "When Time Loses Meaning" presents a surreal vision of the sky, in which a gigantic, cracked clock breaks into thousands of gears and fragments, cascading toward the abyss.
The artist masterfully contrasts a cool, foggy palette of blues and greens of the mountains with warm, earthy tones of the clock face. The central figure of the observer on the edge of a green cliff gives the painting perspective and invites reflection on our role in the vastness of the universe. The work is characterized by precise detail in the clock mechanism and expressive, almost forged mountain backdrop.
