The ROA series "Decay" represents a milestone in the artist's work, as his obsession with animals drives him to explore the anatomy of his creatures, as well as the biological process of decomposition, just like a modern Da Vinci. The Belgian-born street artist ROA is a muralist and artist famed for his gigantic black-and-white animals found in major cities around the world. ROA has recently been selected to appear in Art in the Streets, the first exhibition dedicated to graffiti and street art at MOCA, bringing together the world’s 50 best street artists of all time.
