Description from the seller
Kenwood KA-550 Stereo Integrated Amplifier in a really good condition.
Power output 40-55 watts per channel (stereo)
Kenwoods are greatly underrated !
Number of inputs: Phono MM/MC, CD, Tuner, Aux, Tape1, Tape2.
Number of outputs: Tape1, Tape2
The amplifier shines by the stable behavior of the output stage even at critical impedances,
The amplifier has a very low-noise field-effect transistor (in the phono stage with high gain)
Power amplifier built by Stereo Hybrid IC
The sound is substantial and intriguing, offering some kind of dimension that other brands don't. KA550 is not an exception with its shady, spacious signature, absolute control in bottom frequencies and precise positioning. All boards inside are made by Elna as well as all electrolytic capacitors, it would only suggest that the manufacturer did bet for quality rather than for economy.
