Very nice and professionally built 1976 Ford Escort RS2000 Rally with a powerful Zetec ST-170 engine (175 hp). In 2019 fully restored and rebuilt with high-quality materials. Since the restoration, only 750 kilometers have been driven and the car is in excellent condition!
Year: 1976
Inspection/MOT: MOT certified in the Netherlands.
Documents: Dutch registration.
Transmission: Manual.
Engine: 1,954cc, 4-cylinder, 175 hp.
Fuel: Petrol.
Color: Ermine White.
Mileage: 750 km (since restoration)
Condition of maintenance:
Car is very well maintained! In 2019 fully restored/rebuilt into a rally car! The mechanics were completely overhauled and improved. Only premium-brand parts used!
Condition of paint:
The paint was newly applied during the restoration. The blue is vinyl and removable. Has normal signs of use for its age.
Condition of interior:
The interior is fully rebuilt for rally/circuit use. The car is equipped with a roll cage with certificate, bucket seats, racing harnesses, race steering wheel, short-throw shifter, etc. All newly installed during the 2019 restoration.
Options:
Fully restored, new Zetec ST170 engine, folder with restoration invoices present, Minilite wheels, Group A body kit, Polyester bonnet + boot lid.
The car can be viewed and collected in Musselkanaal, Netherlands. Viewings are possible Monday to Saturday from 08:30 – 17:00. It is recommended to view the car before bidding on the vehicle. The vehicle must be collected within 4 weeks after the closing date of the auction; afterwards storage fees will be charged.
