Acetaia Cattani is located in Modena in a historic building, along Via Emilia Est in the heart of the ancient Estense dominions. This area is recognized by historians as the best for the production of Aceto Balsamico di Modena due to geological, climatic and cultural conditions.
These 6 bottles of 250 ml. of Aceto Balsamico di Modena are the fruit of the competence and experience of Giuseppe Cattani, heir to the secrets of the ancient family and the passage of time. In a harmonious interweaving of delicate flavors the aromas and typical fragrances are offered to the palate, revealing the refinement of a slow maturation in casks of precious wood.
It is a product with 6% acidity, whose raw material is the Trebbiano di Spagna grape, very suitable for a high balance between sweetness and acidity. For this reason, in addition to the years of maturation, it can be used as a base for both savory cooking and desserts in general.
