Very beautiful autograph letter signed by Frederick, Duke of York and Albany (1763-1827), the second son of King George III and Charlotte of Mecklenburg-Strelitz. A career military man, he was Commander-in-Chief during the Napoleonic Wars, he reorganized the British army in depth, implementing major structural and administrative reforms.
Very good condition. A few words and his signature: "approved by His Majesty Frederik, commander in chief".
Note: the export of this document from France to a country outside the European Union requires an export license issued by the Ministry of Culture, a mandatory formalité before any shipment. The shipping costs, fixed at 80 euros for these destinations, also cover the time spent on these administrative procedures. Please note that obtaining this license can take a long time (several months in general).
