Up for auction is this amazing Limited edition from the 130th Anniversary of the Tissot Brand Condition of the Watch: - Re-edition of the vintage design for the brand's 130th anniversary - A much rarer version of the Valjoux movement, with the moon phase modification made by Heuer (Pre-Tag) - The watch is in very good condition. The movement, plus a moonphase wheel, dial and case were intended for an Abercrombie & Fitch watch, but the brand went bankrupt in 1977. Most of the movements and parts were left in Heuer's inventory. These movements, dials and cases were, over time, purchased by a few other watch brands like Daniel Lagrange, Alfred Rochart & Fils, and Tissot. Tissot used this movement and cases in their 130th anniversary watch in 1983. This exemple shares the same parts as the Heuer one. Information about the watch: - Caliber: High-Grade Swiss Made Valjoux 7734, modified by by Heuer with moon phase, 17 Jewels, gold plated. - Bracelet is an Original new Tissot 20mm Genuine Crocodile Leather Strap, in brown. Although new, it shows some ageing marks inside - Case with ~37mm diameter and 17 mm thickness. A perfect dress watch - Acrylic crystal and detailed open case back. - Dial: White dial, with gold hands and markers.
