RECUERDOS is a 70x100 cm painting by contemporary artist Ernest García. This work possesses an introspective and deeply evocative atmosphere, as if witnessing a scene suspended between confidences and memory. Two female figures share a silent moment: a woman dressed in dark attire holds an open album while the young, naked woman, leaning toward it, attentively contemplates the images. There is no visible dialogue, and yet the entire painting seems built around an intimate conversation that occurs without words.

The composition immediately recalls the idea of transmission: someone shows, someone listens; someone remembers, someone learns. Placed almost as if separating the viewer from the scene, it introduces a poetic and melancholic note, as if everything we observe were traversed by the delicacy of what can no longer be repeated.

Chromatically, the work is rich in emotional contrasts: the blues of the album and the dress provide depth and contemplation; the pinks and reds of the surroundings introduce warmth and humanity; while the bare skin, modeled with expressive greens and oranges, adds vulnerability. There is no strict naturalism, but rather an affective interpretation of color, very close to early 20th-century modern painting.

The painting will be carefully rolled and protected inside a sturdy cardboard tube for shipment. After payment confirmation, a period of three days is required to prepare the piece and send it.
