This portrait was made by Anton Corbijn and depicts Bruce Cockburn (pronounced co-burn), born in 1945 in Ottawa. Cockburn is a Canadian folk- and rock guitarist and singer-songwriter, whose work ranges from folk and rock with jazz influences to more traditional rock ’n’ roll.
Anton Corbijn (1955) is a Dutch photographer, graphic designer and film director, internationally known for his striking portraits of mainly musicians and artists. In addition to his photography, he also handles art direction and music videos, and he designed, among other things, sets for concerts of bands such as Depeche Mode. As a film director he has received several awards and is regarded as an influential visual maker within pop culture.

Viewing is of course possible. In addition, we have our own in-house framing workshop, celebrating its 85th anniversary year. Furthermore, we work with restorers from the trade association: 'Restauratoren Nederland'. If you would like to make use of this, we would of course be happy to hear from you.
