Biography:
Peter Klasen (1935-2010)
From 1955, Peter Klasen began learning lithography techniques and airbrushing. He entered the Berlin University of the Arts. It was then the avant-garde school and benefited from the presence of young professors trained in the spirit of the Bauhaus or German Expressionism, such as Hann Trier, an important painter of the informal school. He studied under Will Grohmann, Hans Richter and Karl Schmidt-Rottluff.
