An important graphic work for collectors of postwar Italian abstraction. It is a two-color aquatint on zinco acciaiato by Giuseppe Santomaso, dated and signed in pencil by the Author.
The work is printed on Magnani cotton paper from Pescia (dimensions 65.5 x 46.5 cm, plate 32.5 x 28 cm) and is the 51/70 edition. Eight off-market copies were also pulled, marked by the first five destined for the Author, the remaining to the archives of the Museo d'Arte Contemporanea di Firenze, of the Calcografia Nazionale in Rome, of the MOMA in New York.
