Empire View - Hand signed is a 40 × 40 cm giclée on canvas by Le Yack, limited to 20 copies, signed by the artist, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, produced in France and sold directly by the artist.
Description from the seller
A New York office from the 1950s-60s, with late-afternoon light in apricot tones. A woman in a charcoal gray suit stands with her back to the viewer, facing a bay window overlooking the Manhattan skyline. She holds a cup of coffee from which steam rises. The Empire State Building rises through the sunset haze. On the desk to the left: a black rotary dial phone, an ashtray, some folders.
Le Yack paints the woman of power before we even have a word to designate her. Back to the viewer, facing the city — this posture says everything about the decision that has just been made or that will be. The coffee still hot says she has been there for a long time. The Empire State in the mist says that New York lives up to what she imagines. It is a painting about quiet ambition — the rarest and most formidable.

Dimensions: 40 x 40 cm.
Framing: Delivered ready to frame or to hang directly on the wall.
Authenticity: Comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.

Inspired by classical and modern painting, Le Yack brings a contemporary gaze to his creations by incorporating strong cinematic narrative elements. His works are characterized by bright colors, clean lines, and expressive compositions. The artist also explores different forms of artistic production. Some of his works are reproduced in series on canvas-stretched panels, creating limited editions accessible to a wider audience. Other works are created as unique paintings on canvas, adding an exclusive and authentic dimension to his collection. Le Yack’s style reflects a fusion between traditional realism and the creative possibilities offered by digital technology.
