Jeroen Aart Krabbé (Amsterdam, December 5, 1944) is a Dutch actor, film director and painter. As a painter Krabbé has mainly focused on landscape painting, although he has also painted a number of portraits and still lifes. His style, characterized by often bold colors, ranges from highly abstract to figurative, with influence of impressionism noticeable. Krabbé has made various sketches on locations he visited as a film actor, including Ouarzazate in Morocco, Fanuatu and Indonesia. Krabbé collaborated with Francis Kyle Galleries in London.
