Design & Aesthetic

Executed in a minimalist and sophisticated style, the poster features crisp linework, harmonious composition, and subtle engineering detail. The muted vintage color palette and lightly aged paper texture create a timeless motorsport aesthetic suitable for both modern and classic interiors.

Subject Significance

The Porsche 911 Carrera RS 2.7, introduced in 1972, was developed as a homologation model for racing and quickly became one of the most legendary versions of the Porsche 911. Powered by a lightweight flat-six engine and featuring reduced weight, improved aerodynamics, and sharper handling, the Carrera RS 2.7 delivered exceptional performance both on the road and on the track.

Its distinctive rear “ducktail” spoiler — the first production rear spoiler fitted to a road car by Porsche — became one of the most recognizable design elements in sports car history. Today, the Carrera RS 2.7 is considered one of the most collectible and influential classic 911 models ever created.
