Frontispiece of the volume on the Vatican loggias, in which the perspective view shows the gallery with stuccoes and frescoes by Raphael Sanzio. The plate is presented with a portrait of Raphael supported by a festoon and an eagle placed at the entrance of the loggia. The plate bears at the bottom a dedication with a coat of arms supported by two putti and is destined for His Excellency Mr. Baron Ermanno de Schubart, to whom follow numerous titles, among which is that of Danish minister plenipotentiary to His Majesty the King of the Two Sicilies. The plate was designed by Luca Comparini, engraved by Giovanni Balzar and supervised by Francesco Rainaldi, with three D.
