Rad, a limited edition silkscreen by German artist Fred Anselm (1922–2005), 60 × 50 cm, hand-signed, dated and numbered, Constructivist style from 1970–1980, Germany, in excellent condition.

Fred Anselm (1922-2005).
"Rad", 1976.
Hand-signed, dated and numbered color screenprint by German painter, sculptor, engraver and essayist.
Heavy weight paper. Size: 60 x 50 cm.
A work from Anselm's constructivist period, based on the search for balance in art through formal (and constructivist) opposition. A prolific artist, he has experimented with many avant-garde movements. He studied in Paris with Dietz Edzard and later with the expressionist Emil Nolde. He also trained in sculpture in Munich under the direction of Heinrich Kirchner
