Set consisting of 21 original copper engravings, taken from the monumental Venetian edition of Diderot and d'Alembert's Encyclopédie, produced by Pietro Scattaglia and Innocente Alessandri.

The sheets are generally in excellent condition, as visible in the photo. Only a few sheets show dark stains at the margins; otherwise no particular defects are evident.
